Reserving a chocolate fountain is simple. Just follow these easy steps:
1) Go to the "Contact Us" page and send us a quick e-mail with date of the event, time of the event, how many fountains are needed and number of guests. We will quickly respond back to you and let you know if the date and time is available. Or simply call 682-561-6752.
2) Once your date is confirmed with us, we will e-mail you our contract. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due to reserve date and time. Complete the contract and e-mail it back to us at info@chocolatefountainsforever.com. Then simply mail a signed copy of the contract to the address below or fax it to 888-546-8269 along with payment information. If paying by check, mail the payment and signed contract to the address below:

3) Account balance is due 10 days before event.
